5 Tips To Make Blogging Easy

Hope you had a great weekend, we are having unusual warm temperatures here on Crete for this time of year so it’s been nice to get out and take walks along the beach without having to wear a coat!

I have decided to do a series of small posts to give you some tips on Blogging which of course can help you build your list.

5 Tips To Make Blogging Easy

Many bloggers find it difficult to blog regularly, where as other bloggers find it easy to blog everyday.

As you may know for your blogging to be effective you need to add fresh content to your blog on a regular basis. In this post I am giving you five tips that you can use to make blogging easy.

  1. Write your blog content in advance and save it so that it’s ready to be posted everyday. When you have time try to write enough blog content that will be enough for several days or for the whole week. You can write and save your blog posts on your blog, and all you have to do is to publish the posts everyday. This means that on those days when you do not have the time to write you can still post fresh content on your blog using the blog posts you would have saved.

  1. Blog about a wide range of things that relate to your niche. Think about any information relating to your niche which your website visitors will be interested in seeing on your blog. Identify the sub-niches in your niche and write about those as well, you should never run out of ideas on what to blog about.

  1. Invite your blog visitors to leave some comments relating to your posts and your niche. This is an easy way of getting unique content on your website, the more interaction you allow on your blog the more content you will have on your blog.

  1. Research and look for the key questions and issues that people in your niche are interested in, and provide information that addresses those questions on your blog. Look in the relevant forums for the hot topics that people are asking and provide answers to these questions on your blog. This will make your blog useful to your visitors because it will have information which your visitors are looking for. This gives you a wide range of topics that you can blog about.

  1. Use PLR content, customize it and make it unique and break it into blog posts. It is essential that you make the PLR content very unique otherwise you will be penalized for duplicate content. Using PLR content as a starting point for your blog posts means that you will be able to create blog content easily and quickly.

Use these five tips outlined above to make blogging easy. The more you blog, the more traffic you drive to your website.I will be giving you more tips next time so look out for my next post, in the mean time please leave any comments below and share any further tips you have.

To your success

Thanks for reading

    Hi Barbara

I was not good at writing a few posts and scheduling them in when I first started out, some days I would sit in front of my laptop to write a new post and ended up sitting staring at the screen with a blank head LOL
Now I like to make a list of topics I want to write about and then sit down (when I have my “writing head” on) and grt maybe 4 weeks posts done so I can then make time for other things that need to be done.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a great day.

    Hi Carol
Thanks for stopping by, it’s always nice to see a new face :)

I like to have a list of topics too so that I can write a few posts on a certain topic and get them into my schedule I can then cross that topic off my list.
I can relate to the feeling of having less pressure if we get those written and ticked off to make time for other things we need to get done.
PLR is content that can be bought or get for free that can be used for blogs, squeeze pages etc.
It can be in the form of reports, courses, ebooks but you need to change them in some ways to put your own stamp on it, using it without re-writing it or changing some graphics will be bad for your business.

If you need any further help or information with PLR then please let me know and I can help you.

    Have a great day

    Hi Pauline
    Great tips for bloggers.
Points 1 and 2 are really useful to note – we all have days when inspiration flows more easily and it is so easy to schedule
Also to go deeper into your niche – there is always something you can talk about in more detail – sub niches
    Thanks for sharing your tips

    Hi Pauline,
Whenever I have writer block I do a google search on topics in my niche. I also check google analytics to see the search terms people used to find my site. Sometimes I will ask my newsletter subscribers for post topics as well.

    Take care.

      Hi Justin
Thanks for stopping by, that is a good idea to google search for topics in your niche thanks for sharing that.
I have just installed a plugin that has added a box for my readers to tell me what they would like me to write about next so I can get an idea from them, and I can give them what they need.
Hope you have a great day

    Great post Pauline,

Well, I certainly don’t write everyday on my blog because in my case it wouldn’t be useful, but I know that few bloggers do. In any case, it’s good to have content in advance or at least make it a point “a MUST” to post when post is due.

No matter how busy I can be most of the time I do not miss my weekly post on each of my three blogs.

      Hi Sylviane
I could not post daily either, I tried that earlier in the year through a blog challenge and found it hard plus I did not want to write posts that had no quality so I did not complete the challenge (I may try again but we shall see)
As you know I had a difficult time over the summer but now I am back to posting 2 times a week, I have found it very beneficial for me to have a couple of weeks posts written and scheduled in advance so I can catch up with other things I have on my list.
      Have a great day

    Hi Pauline

I really need to write blog posts beforehand because it takes me quite a while at the moment. I struggle to get more than one a week out at the moment. Although the last few weeks have been busy offline too.

I always try and do numbers 2, 3 and 4 as much as possible and I have used PLR in the past but haven’t done for a few months now.

Thanks for some great tips though Pauline and I really do need to get some posts written in advance!

      Hi Tim
At the beginning of the year I was on track for my twice weekly posts I struggled in the summer for various reasons so that is why I find it important to write posts in advance so I can get my posts out on time. I like to make a list of topics that I want to write about and then I can do a few on one topic and get them scheduled in for the next couple of weeks.
Try to get 2 posts a week if you can, good luck with that.

    Hi Pauline

Oh if only I was so organised. I keep vowing to have posts in advance but I never have done it yet. I always have a list of topics to go. I am currently keeping two blogs so I need to take your advice.

I have just had time out because of illness in my family and it would have been so good to have had some posts backed up. Lesson learned!

This post will help many bloggers I am sure. Thanks Pauline.

      Hi Sue
Sorry to hear that you have had illness in your family, I hope all is well now!
It would have been ideal for you to have some posts written so when this emergency came up you would have been able to just schedule them for while you were away, anyway you can maybe get some done when you have yourself sorted.

I must visit your other blog as I have only been to one, do you have a link so I can find it?

Hope you have a great weekend, take care :)

    Hi Pualine,

Your idea #1 is what I have decided to implement these days. I have always waited till when I needed to publish a post before writing it but that has led many times to my missing my schedule. Making ready a post before the publishing day is really good advice.

Thinking about the kind of questions people will be typing into Google is a very good way of coming up with blog post ideas. Quora is a very good site for this. You can also use the Linkedin Answers section and see lots of specific questions.

      Hi Omar
Thanks for stopping by and visiting me blog :)
Blog commenting (which you are doing here) is a great way of increasing traffic to your blog so you are making a great start! I have found lots of other great blogs by doing this, if you take a look at some of my posts and see the comments and you can visit other blogs from there.
If you send me your email address I can give you more info on PLR to help you.

Getting into the writing mood is hard for me. So many things to do, I need another me, better yet I need more me’s

Also I have trouble with the what to write about. I don’t know why, I know how to find topics. I would like to come up with new unheard of material. Trying not to be redundant holds me back.
